Lastly, we also help foreign companies to introduce their products and services into the US and can act as their US office.

                          Mergers & Acquisitions
                             Pre-Sale Advisement
                                     Private Equity

There are some M&A Services which may be performed by more than one Partner due to their specialty. For instance, some M&A buyers will have a specific niche in which they work (i.e. must own IP) , and potentially stay away from others (i.e. Build to Print Manufacturers), besides the size of the acquisition and if it is a strategic or financial deal.  We will strive to match you accordingly and thus we will share with you who we feel may be the right match for you. Just ask us... we are here to help you.  For this reason, we may not show certain Services, even though we have the right contacts, so as to properly assist you.

Development
Ivan Rosenberg, Ph.D

Frontier Associates coaches organizations and their members to bring about change and produce significantly improved and sustained results in organizational performance.

Our approach is not based on providing extensive analysis or giving business advice. Instead, we facilitate processes that support organizational members in developing and implementing their own solutions, leaving them empowered to successfully address subsequent challenges with little or no further intervention.

Frontier's consulting methodology is most effective when clients want more than an incremental improvement, but something far beyond what is predictable.
